Unfortunately, so many of these bears became accustomed to human chow that they had to be put down for becoming too aggressive. Today the National Parks have signs that say: A FED BEAR IS A DEAD BEAR.
I'm sorry, but I cannot support the way animals are 'suddenly' accustomed to human - especially in those days. I feel like something is happening 'behind the scenes'....
